DINAMIK has a rich history that spans several decades, marked by evolution, challenges, and strategic transformations. Over the years, we have undergone significant changes and developments, ultimately shaping us into the specialist alternative investment service provider we are today.
Our journey in Luxembourg began in 1985 (under the name Compagnie Financière et Boursière Luxembourgeoise, or COFIBOL). In 2020 we became part of the Greenman Group and rebranded to DINAMIK.
We marked with the new name our departure from legacy investment services, and we started our journey as a specialist alternative investment service provider, extending comprehensive support to investment and asset managers in real estate, private equity, and private debt strategies.
Our services encompass three segments: fund services, corporate services, governance solutions.
Our team combines hands-on experience of alternative investments structures with deep regulatory knowledge of the investment funds industry.
DINAMIK is authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) as a Specialised Professional of the Financial Sector ("PFS").
