Global Facilities is a specialist facility management company that has been offering comprehensive, customized solutions to its customers since 2001. It employs around 180 people and manages over one million square meters of building space. Its activities fall into three categories:

          - Infrastructure and technical building management: we operate, maintain, monitor and manage our customers' energy, facilities and infrastructure. We also offer cleaning, security, gardening, winter services, condominium management, parking management and waste collection and treatment.

          - Consultancy and Audit: we carry out technical studies, audits, advice and contractual solutions to optimize the organization, quality, purchasing, costs, works and environment of our customers' buildings. We are a partner in energy savings for companies through our energy performance contract.

          - Support services: we provides support services such as concierge services, reception, inhouse and mailing service, administrative assistance and executive chauffeur, document scanning and archiving, and many others.

Global Facilities stands out for innovation, thanks to high-performance technical tools developed in-house (GLOBALNET, GLOBALTRACE, GLOBALCLEAN) that facilitate exchanges, monitoring and reporting. The company operates in a wide range of sectors, including national education, financial and banking organizations, public and administrative buildings, shops, sports and cultural centers, motorway networks and airports, and local authorities.
