
The Ligue Santé Mentale (formerly Ligue Luxembourgeoise d'Hygiène Mentale) is a non-profit organisation active in the field of non-hospital psychiatry.
The aim of the Ligue is to provide high-quality care for anyone experiencing psychological difficulties or psychiatric disorders, based on listening, support and accompaniment.
It does everything in its power to guarantee a high standard of care and to promote better social integration of individuals suffering from psychiatric disorders.
The League is also committed to maintaining a care offer that is accessible to all, regardless of the financial resources available.
Services for the public are organised into three main areas:
Treatment
- Consultations (individual, group or couple consultations)
- Therapeutic groups
- Housing services (individual, community or private housing with support, mobile team)
- Meeting center (day care, cultural and leisure activities)
- Employment support services (support in professional reintegration, group workshops)
- Day service (psycho-social rehabilitation programme, therapeutic activities)
Prevention
- Prevention and Training Department (organisation of awareness campaigns and prevention initiatives)
Training
The Ligue offers a range of training courses for professionals in the sector, as well as for the general public. These include:
- Training on various pathologies (depression, anxiety, suicide, etc.)
- Burnout prevention and stress management training
- Mental health first aid courses
