What is kinesiology?
Kinesiology is based on ancestral medicines, mainly acupuncture points and Traditional Chinese Medicine, while adapting these techniques to contemporary needs.
If you're feeling out of step, whether with yourself or others; if you're dealing with a persistent health problem or a trauma that's holding you back, kinesiology can provide a solution: this holistic approach works on the body and mind to help release your own resources and restore balance.
Whether you're dealing with a sprained ankle or depression, kinesiology offers a vast field of application, from managing physical pain to finding emotional well-being.
In general, a session lasts 1h30, and in-depth work requires a minimum of 4 to 5 sessions.
I also offer home visits for people with disabilities, as my aim is to reach as many people as possible in search of well-being and relief.
Make an appointment and rediscover harmony and comfort in your body and mind.
