The new Desom Pavilion was opened in 2012. Its resolutely chic, minimalist design by no means diminishes the warm and friendly atmosphere that prevails in this hub of interaction, relaxation and sheer pleasure.
Whether sat indoors or on the terrace in our magnificent, leafy setting on the Moselle, our chef recommends taking your time to savour dishes made with fresh seasonal produce that are as tasty as the portions are generous, with the estate's wines providing an exquisite accompaniment.
At the entrance to the Pavilion, you will find a shop selling wines produced by Desom. This reception, information and sales area provides opportunities to choose and purchase all available wines either by the bottle or case.
