The different types of barbecue and their characteristics
- The gas barbecue : the big advantage of this BBQ is its quick ignition. What's more, on this type of device, the temperature is adjustable. Often integrated in a service, it is also easy to move.
- The charcoal barbecue : grill aficionados say they prefer food prepared on a charcoal BBQ. This flavor is not found in other cooking modes. The disadvantage is that it takes longer to light, and you must also be in a place where you will not disturb anyone with your smoke.
- The electric barbecue : the advantage of the electric grill is that it is easy to light. You can use it easily, even in enclosed places. A good alternative for people who live in apartments and have a small balcony. The disadvantage is that cooking will be slower and your food will not have that smoke flavor.
