Preheat your oven to 180 °. Beat the butter and sugar . The mixture obtained must be clear and light. Add eggs, vanilla, flour and yeast. Knead the whole by hand. Make a ball with the dough and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. After this time, make small thin sausages with the dough. Squeeze them slightly to form phalanges. Press with your thumb the thickest end of each pudding to form the nail. On each nail, arrange an almond. Place your fingers on the plate of your oven, covered with parchment paper. Cook for 20 minutes. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool. If you wish, add red dye on the nails. |
