Note that a recidivism serious offense within 36 months is also treated in the matter of high speed crime.
The radars used control speed in both directions of traffic, and are capable of flashing on a three-lane road.
The radar detects the speed of a vehicle when it is between 20 to 50 meters away.
The infringing vehicle is photographed both front and rear : the license plates, as well as the driver's face, are therefore photographed.
The photos of your vehicle are sent to the National Treatment Center (CNT). There, a police officer has the mission to find your offense. If confirmed, the driver will receive a registered letter within 4 weeks.
The latter then has 45 days to pay or contest the fine received . Border drivers, for their part, have an additional 30 days.
