How to Optimize Your Vacation Days in 2025 by Taking Them at the Right Times?
In 2025, employees in Luxembourg are entitled to 26 legal vacation days, plus 1 public holiday that falls during the weekend, for a total of at least 27 days off.
To maximize your vacation days, here are some tips:
- If you take 8 days off from April 21 to May 2, 2025, you will have 16 days off.
- If you take 5 days off from May 1 to May 9, 2025, you will have 11 days off.
- If you take 6 days off from May 29 to June 9, 2025, you will have 12 days off.
- If you take 3 days off from December 22 to December 24, 2025, you will have 9 days off.
- Lastly, if you take 4 days off from August 11 to August 14, you will have 9 days off.
