While it is sometimes tempting to change your hair color, it's not always safe! In store, as at the hairdresser, you will find chemical stains, but also plants. But for which version to opt? Do not have an opinion on the question? Editus helps you make a choice!
There are two types of chemical stains :
In chemical dyes, there are a lot of unpronounceable products, such as paraphenylenediamine, or ammonia.
These can damage the hair (brittle hair, forks, ...) but also cause, both on the skin and on the scalp, itching or allergic reactions .
On the other hand, chemical stains offer a wide variety of colors.
This type of color is composed exclusively of plants and can even sometimes be certified organic .
Here, it is only the keratin of the hair that will be colored: it means she will just surround her.
This option makes it possible to have a lasting color , which will be embellished and become more and more brilliant over the course of the colorations.
Being all natural, plant coloring virtually eliminates the risk of itching, but can also help fight dandruff and oily hair .
On the other hand, this kind of coloration does not allow big changes. It is therefore to exclude if you want to go from black to blond.
Vegetable stains are ideal if you are pregnant and do not want to return to your natural color during your pregnancy.
They can also be considered if you want to camouflage your white hair , even if several colors will be necessary before they are all covered.
