This year, the fairground hosts a total of 216 fairground establishments, offering visitors a refreshed experience while staying true to its traditions.
- Rides: Experience thrilling sensations with Jim & Jasper’s Wildwasser, 1001 Nacht, Mr Gravity, Jetlag, Top Scan, the Rail Toboggan, Starlight, Spuk, and the magnificent Venetian Carousel.
- Gastronomy: Enjoy the new gourmet offerings such as Magic Crêpes, Wrap Factory, Mini Donuts Factory, and Crêpes & More.
- Vendors: Explore the stands of Schneider Stahlwaren, Leder Jo, Stand Mignot Mandoline, Bisu-Shop, and Airbrush Tattoos to find unique items.
Schueberfouer 2024 Program
- Official Inauguration: Friday, August 23rd, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Mayor Lydie Polfer will officially open the Schueberfouer by cutting the tricolor ribbon. At 6:30 PM, the College of Mayors and Aldermen will welcome their guests at "Friture Armand" for the traditional Ham a Kuch.
- Mayors' Day: Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, starting at 5:00 PM. Mayors from different municipalities will gather for a tour of the fair, followed by their service in the Schueberfouer restaurants between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, for the benefit of a charitable cause.
- Family Day with Reduced Prices: Wednesday, August 28th, 2024. Enjoy reduced prices all day on rides, game stands, food, and much more.
- Queens' Day: Thursday, August 29th, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Beauty queens and other crowned figures will gather for a festive visit to the fairground.
- Fouersonndeg and Braderie: Sunday, September 1st, and Monday, September 2nd, 2024. Don’t miss the big clearance sale in the city center and the Gare district, with a festive atmosphere extended at the Schueberfouer.
- Lämmy & Friends: Wednesday, September 4th, 2024. The official mascot Lämmy, along with his friends, will be present to distribute gifts and tickets for free rides.
- Lämmy Fouer Game: Monday, September 9th, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Participate in the grand raffle organized by the National Federation of Fairground Merchants.
- Half-Price Day and Fireworks: Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. The last day will end with discounts on all attractions until 8:00 PM, followed by a grand fireworks display at 10:00 PM on the Pont Grande-Duchesse Charlotte.
The Schueberfouer will close its doors on September 11th at 1:00 AM, after three weeks of unforgettable entertainment and festivities. Don’t miss this 2024 edition, rich in new features and traditions!
Dining at the Schueberfouer
The Schueberfouer offers a wide variety of food stalls, providing both traditional Luxembourg dishes and international specialties. Among the must-tries, you can enjoy Fouerfësch, a beer-battered fried fish served with fries, Grillwurscht or Thüringer, a grilled white pork sausage, as well as the delicious potato pancakes, Gromperekichelcher. Classic stands also offer hamburgers, fries, waffles, crepes, ice cream, churros, and various alcoholic beverages.
