          5 tips to be at the top in January

          Excesses at Christmas, excesses at the New Year ... After this period, a little respite is welcome to rest and recover. To be at the top of your form, Editus.lu offers to follow these tips.

          Eat

          After having eaten without counting the calories , it is better to limit the fatty preparations and too sweet , and thus to privilege a somewhat lightened diet. To rest your liver, opt for lean meat, fish and steamed vegetables.

          By cons, no need to skip meals , keep three not day. If you are hungry between meal times, you can also opt for a light snack (fresh fruits and dried fruits, rather than a chocolate). 

          hydration

          Raise your foot and drink only water, herbal tea and tea . To hydrate yourself properly, and thus eliminate accumulated toxins, drink between 1.5 and 2 liters of liquid daily.

          If you want to drink that much, you can also make juices and smoothies with seasonal fruits and vegetables , as well as delicious home-made soups .  

          To rest

          To recover a maximum, sleep! Adopt a ritual: go to bed every night at the same time, and sleep between 7 and 9 o'clock .

          If you have the opportunity, give yourself a break during the afternoon: a nap, a quiet moment of reading, ...

          To take some fresh air

          Going out to aerate is a great way to invigorate one's body and mind. As soon as you can, put your nose out : take a walk in the nature, go out in town for shopping and enjoy the sales ... All excuses are good to leave your home a few hours.

          Vitamins

          If you experience severe fatigue , ask your doctor or pharmacist for a course of supplements: both may advise you to take, for a few weeks, capsules with essential vitamins and minerals.
