Soludec SA is one of those companies that has been active for a long time in the Luxembourg entrepreneurial landscape and that has been able to keep up with the times and adapt its methods. SOLUDEC SA - in shortened form for "Société Luxembourgeoise d'Entreprises et de Construction" - was founded in 1949 and started its activity with the steel industry by building production halls for ARBED and for GOODYEAR.
After being owned by the Brussels-based company BLATON, Soludec SA became part of the international group GMH (General Mediterranean Holding) in 1988.
In July 2020, the company was taken over by members of the board in a "Management Buy-Out" (MBO), which today allows Soludec SA to ensure, with all of its staff and partners, the perfect continuity of all its multiple and varied activities in structural work as well as the perfect command of the general contracting business, which is SOLUDEC's specialization.
Soludec SA holds itself shares in other companies such as :
- Soludec Development Sàrl, created in 1997 and specialized in Real Estate development
or even
- Soludec Asars Development SA,
- BS Development SA,
and Bliss Real Estate S.A
all of which are also involved in Real Estate development.
