The creation of Transports Even dates back to 1966, when Albert Even bought his first truck, a Mercedes with a bonnet, intended to transport milk in jugs for the dairy that was to become Luxlait.
In 1991, Marc Even, the eldest son of Albert Even joined the company.
The year 1992 was a key moment in the evolution of the company: it was at this time that the firm Kuehne & Nagel signed a contract with Transports Even for the daily transport of a small quantity of freight to from Paris. Transports Even is expanding its fleet with the acquisition of a second-hand carrier and a van.
In 1999, the family business became a limited liability company and Marc Even took over as manager of the company. The company's new infrastructure has been implemented in Ell.
The new depot includes offices, a workshop space, a storage area of ??1000 m² and a washing station for trucks and vans. We also carry out the maintenance of our trailers in our workshop.
Transports Even includes Renault T and Volvo carriers as well as seven Daf 510 tractors and three Mercedes Actros. All vehicles in the Even fleet are maintained in the garages of each brand. In total Les Transports Even has a fleet of 8 carriers and 50 semi-trailers. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS and geo-tracking software that allow us to locate our trucks in real time and know the status of our customers' orders.
Main destination covered by Transports Even: France with daily departures to Paris and the north of France (Lille) and regular trips to Belgium.
